Mentoring programme

Uniting the market around knowledge sharing and skills

Following the success of our Insider Progress events series, we are now adding a mentoring programme for our members.

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first cross-industry mentoring scheme launched by a trade publication. We are aiming to unite all corners of the market around knowledge sharing and skills development, and hope that it will facilitate cross-market collaboration in building a vibrant London market.

What is our mentoring programme?

Our programme will connect individuals in the industry who have specific skills and knowledge (mentors) with individuals (mentees) who need or want the same skills and advantages to move up in work performance and skill level. Our programme will help mentees develop new skills. For the mentor it serves as a way to give back and can also be a learning experience.
